Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) and his new husband Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) have been going through a tough time lately, specifically surrounding their sex life.

Paul has been dealing with a heartbreaking Motor Neurone Disease (MND) diagnosis on the show, which is a condition that affects the brain and nervous system, causing symptoms like muscle weakness and slurred speech.

Fans were saddened to learn recently that Paul's condition has worsened significantly, with recent tests showing he only has months left to live.
