A healthy marathon runner has described having coronavirus as "being like in a car crash" and said that he "couldn't move". Mark Stubbs, 28, appeared on Good Morning Britain via video link as he revealed that, despite having strong lungs, he was left coughing up blood and was hospitalised in ICU for 13 days.
