Coronation Street fans have said they want a trio back on screens after Suranne Jones revealed their reunion. The talented actress was reunited with two of her former ITV soap co-stars.
Suranne once played Karen McDonald on the long-running show. The star, from Middleton, was just 21 when she joined the cast in 2000.
After leaving Corrie in 2004 Suranne played Detective Rachel Bailey in the police drama Scott and Bailey and the stage and screen actress went on to win a BAFTA for her role as vengeful GP Dr Gemma Foster in the BBC One drama Doctor Foster.
She was also highly praised for her role as 19th century landowner and 'Britain's first modern lesbian' Anne Lister in the drama Gentleman Jack.
