Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd hasn't helped fears of a death in the upcoming explosive scenes set to feature his on-screen family with a one-word response to a fan.
It has been revealed that next week, a huge fire will rip through No.8 Coronation Street which David bought off of his mother, Gail Platt, before she left Weatherfield for a new life in France with her husband Jesse Chadwick.
The action starts next Monday (February 3) with everyone gathering at the Bistro for Sarah Platts birthday. Bored at the adult party Hope and Ruby Dobbs, Lily Platt and Sam Blakeman sneak into No.8 and start to live stream a séance.
Spotting the livestream and seeing matches on the video, Toyah Habeeb races over to the house and throws the kids out. Meanwhile, Abi Webster is on the warpath having realised Toyah shopped her to social services and seeing her at number 8 heads inside to confront her.
