The actor is currently single having split from his girlfriend and former co-star Tisha Merry last year. It was back in May that Alan, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, seemingly confirmed he was single again after five years of dating Tisha.
Alan met Tisha, who played Steph Britton on the cobbles between 2013 to 2018, on set and they began dating shortly after she left the show.
It was reported the pair had split before Alan shared a humorous moment on Instagram which led him to make a dig at single life, and suggesting he might be using dating apps to find a new partner.
