Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien rocked a hot red as temperatures soared across the country as she was among those representing the soap at the entertainment industry's latest awards bash.

The actress was among the famous faces attending the Tric (Television and Radio Industries Club) Awards on Tuesday (June 25), which took place at Grosvenor House in London.

Also representing the ITV soap was Corrie legend David Neilson who was seen with awards nominee Maureen Lipman. The pair were seen posing for the cameras together, with Dame Maureen looking fabulous in a multicoloured dress which she paired with a pink hat while David ditched Roy Cropper's trusty cardy for a navy blue suit with a funky tie. She added height with a pair of place open-toe heels and wore her trademark blonde locks in waves. The Sarah Barlow actress was also seen celebrating some big news after it was revealed Coronation Street had won 'Best Soap' alongside co-stars Julia Goulding (Shona Platt), Jodie Prenger (Glenda Shuttleworth), Peter Gunn (Brian Packham) and Vinta Morgan (Ronnie Bailey).
