And actress SaIly Carman has had a major role in the tense scenes on screen, as her character Abi Franklin vowed to get revenge on Corey, the cocky young footballer who had killed Abi's son Seb then let Kelly go down for the crime while he walked free.The star - who made her Weatherfield debut in 2017 as Seb's wayward mother - has revealed that filming the epic week of episodes was very gruelling.
But while she sometimes wondered if she could cope with the punishing schedule and challenging conditions, when she really needed it, her co-star and fiancé Joe Duttine was there to pamper her.
