The actress reprised her role in the ITV soap as Bethany Platt a few months ago just as the New Year arrived in Weatherfield.
It was rumoured that Blackpool-born Lucy would be returning to the cobbles after nearly four years last summer and it was her pn-screen mum Tina O'Brien, who plays Sarah Barlow, who appeared to inadvertently leak the news before Lucy was seen back hanging out with her former co-stars at the Inside Soap Awards in September.
Lucy has since been seen back on screen as Bethany and as soon as she stepped foot back into Weatherfield, the returnee caught the eye of former flame Daniel Osbourne and it wasn't long before they were finishing where they once left off - ruffling the feathers of his recent ex-fiancee Daisy Midgeley.
