Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd has been flooded with messages after fans spotted a 'weird' resemblance between the star and his 'baby'.

The actor, who is famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, is often sharing updates on social media, particulalry on life with his fiancee Hanni Treweek as they prepare to tie the knot next year.

In his latets update, Jack was seen beaming for the camera alongside on of his and his future wife's pet pooches, Baby. The little long-haired chihuahua was tucked up into the soap star's arms as he showed just how obsessed his is with he beloved pet. Jack captioned the post: "Me and Baby are very happy with our purchase." Hanni was quick to take to the comments as she simply said "I love you so much." But she also took to her Instagram Story and revealed the truth about her future husband's thoughts on dogs before their love blossomed.
