It was confirmed back in June that the actor had asked his long-term girlfriend Hanni Treweek to marry him while on a safari holiday in Tanzania.
They had been regularly updating social media with the magnificent animals they had spotted on safari before moving on to Zanzibar.
Once their incredible trip came to an end, Hanni revealed Jack, who is famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, had asked her to marry him - and she said yes!
