Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd shared a public declaration to his girlfriend as he marked her birthday. The actor, famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, took to Instagram with a stunning photo of Hanni Treweek.

Jack, who jokes in his Instagram bio that he's an actor as well as "1/3 @sofacinemaclub & I’m @hannitreweek ‘s Reel director too", shared the image to his 391,000 followers which showed Hanni posing up a storm for the camera in a black, lace-trimmed mini dress while her matching dark locks flew around in the wind. "Happy birthday gorgeous girl," the soap star started the caption of his post before sweetly adding: "I love you," with a red heart, flame and cake emojis.
