manchestereveningnews.co.ukFans think Coronation Street star Harriet Bibby has hinted at a return to the show after being seen back on the cobbles. The actress was recently seen leaving the ITV soap as Summer Spellman, four years after taking over the role.
While it's been weeks since she was last seen in Weatherfield, the teenage character's plans to leave were actually revealed in February when she told her guardian Billy Mayhew she had been offered a chance to study in America.
But Summer told Billy at the time that she knew it was not the right time amid his husband Paul Foreman's diagnosis of Motor Neurone Disease.
While they agreed she should put the placement back a year, Paul found out and wasn't on board before managing to change both of their minds.
