Coronation Street's Claire Sweeney supported by co-star and told 'well done' over move away from cobbles

Coronation Street star Claire Sweeney has been supported by one of her castmates as well as her fans as she reflected on her latest move away from the cobbles.

The actress swapped Weatherfield for a rooftop in London on Tuesday (August 6) as she hosted her own segment on ITV's Lorraine.

Claire joined the programme's stand-in host Christine Lampard via video link from the Madison with beautiful views of St.Paul's.

She was on hand to deliver the show's latest fashion segment where she showed off a number of her favourite looks that she would wear down to the Rovers.
