Coronation Street fans surprised over off-screen 'twin' update for Hope and Joseph stars

Coronation Street fans have shared their disbelief at an update from the show's Hope Dobbs and Jospeh Brown stars. Isabella and William Flanagan's family were marking a milestone this week.

Isabella is best known for playing Hope, the daughter of Fiz and Tyrone Dobbs, in the ITV soap having joined back in August 2017, taking over the role from twins Faith and Nicole Holt, who made their final appearances the previous April.

Meanwhile, her twin brother William plays her on-screen cousin Joseph, the son of Chesney Brown and stepson of Gemma Winter-Brown.

He has played the character since he was reintroduced in October 2017 with the role having previously been played by Lucca-Owen Warwick.
