Sarah Barlow has relied on her uncle for his help and advice ever since he returned to Weatherfield from Milan earlier this year.
But in more recent months she has seen a different side to her uncle after he went into the bins to pick out the results of a paternity test on her unborn baby, which she has since tragically lost after suffering a miscarriage, before doctoring the results sent to her now-estranged husband Adam Barlow.
And earlier this week in the ITV soap, viewers saw Sarah and her business partner Michael Bailey face the loss of their biggest client for their children's clothing brand, Nippersnapper.
