Earlier this year, fans saw the Underworld factory boss believe she was suffering from psychosis again before her husband Peter Barlow paid for her to go to a mental health facility.
Following her return to Weatherfield, Carla vowed to sell her shares in the business and sought a quieter life. However, she has since got stuck back into her role running Underworld with the help of dodgy businessman Stephen.
