Coronation Street fans have begged for the soap to be 'left' as they were struck by another week of change. Viewers of the ITV soap are used to getting their weekly Weatherfield fix on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday night.
However, for the last three weeks the long-running show has had to shift from its usual schedule due to both football and rugby coverage.
On Monday (October 2), Corrie confirmed the latest set of changes on its social media channels. They revealed that, again, the episodes will air on consecutive days at the start of the week meaning fans will have to wait a little bit longer than usual before they next return to the cobbles, which will be on Monday, October 9, when the epic Super Soap Week begins.
