Fans are aware that the Rovers Return co-owner and barmaid will soon be waving goodbye to Weatherfield after actress Charlotte Jordane confirmed she was bowing out of the ITV soap after four years.
Former Netflix star Charlotte confirmed the news in January and said in a statement at the time: "My time at Coronation Street is something I'll always cherish. "After a brilliant four years for Daisy, it's time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities.
It’s been a privilege to be part of a wonderful institution with even more wonderful colleagues who have taught me so much." As fans know, there was a surprise for Daisy - and viewers - on Christmas Day as she was seen glancing down at a positive pregnancy test while sitting on the stairs in the back of the pub, where she lives with her former step-mum and pub co-owner Jenny Connor.
