Corey Stoll Latest To Join Apple’s ‘Matchbox’ Movie

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Corey Stoll (Billions) has come aboard for a role in the live-action Matchbox film from Apple Original Films, starring John Cena, Deadline has learned.
All character details remain under wraps, as does the film’s plot. Inspired by Mattel‘s die-cast toy vehicle line of the same name, the project hails from Skydance and Mattel Films.
Stoll is part of an expanding cast that also includes Jessica Biel, Sam Richardson, Teyonah Parris, Arturo Castro and Danai Gurira.
Sam Hargrave (Extraction franchise) is directing Matchbox from a script by David Coggeshall (The Family Plan) and Jonathan Tropper (upcoming Your Friends and Neighbors).
