Police officers at the centre of a misconduct hearing examining the death of a dad left unresponsive and naked in the back of a van thought he might have been 'faking', a panel has heard.
Andre Moura, 30, died following his arrest for breach of the peace outside his home on Seventh Avenue in Limeside, Oldham, on the night of 6 July 2018.
He resisted arrest and CS spray was deployed twice during efforts to restrain him.
