Cop hospitalised after being cut by razor found when searching Lanarkshire man

A police officer needed hospital treatment after being cut by a razor while searching a man in Bothwell. It happened after emergency workers went to the aid of John Millar who had been found with a wound to his neck.

Millar, of Tantallon Road, Bothwell, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week. The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
