The former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight and Lightweight Champion was zipping about the turf in the UCFL Premier Division clash with Harding FC in Ringsend on Saturday afternoon.Donning the number 11 kit the Irishman was zooming up and down the left-wing with matchgoers keen to snap pics and take videos during the action.
McGregor hinted at his appearance earlier on Twitter, posting a picture of some snazzy purple Nike boots with the caption: "Today we ball".
Conor McGregor is has long had a love affair with Scottish champions Celtic and has long promised to make a visit to Parkhead after raving over a Green Brigade tifo inspired by one of his most famous post-fight interviews.
