Concert goers at ODESZA gig evacuated after pyrotechnics cause brush fire

ODESZA gig this weekend were evacuated after pyrotechnics from the show caused a brush fire.The band were playing at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington on Saturday (July 6) when the incident happened.As per Fox 13 Seattle, the small fire broke out during the band’s final song of the main set.Firefighters were deployed and they managed to contain the flames and extinguish the fire quickly, according to the outlet.However, the show ended without an encore and the audience was asked to leave out of an “abundance of caution”, according to a statement issued by the venue later.

No injuries were reported following the incident.A full statement from The Gorge Amphitheatre read: “During the last song of ODESZA’s set at the Gorge, a brush fire broke out not far from the stage.

The fire was contained and fortunately was quickly extinguished.“Out of an abundance of caution and safety, the show ended without an encore.
