Cody Smith, Gemma Hobbins and her son, Keegan Fettis, were involved in a deadly smash in Callow Hill, near Bewdley, Worcestershire, on May 10.They were travelling on the A456 towards Kidderminster in a blue Ford Focus when a collision occurred with a black Audi A7 at around 10.15pm.
