The sacking of Wayne Rooney as Plymouth Argyle manager is reported to have left his wife, Coleen Rooney, absolutely "devastated".

However, a return to football looks popular with Coleen, if recent coverage is to be believed. Plymouth Argyle had a promising start to the season but suffered a dramatic fall, losing nine of 15 matches, which ultimately led to Rooney's dismissal.
