She was sat on the left side of her lookalike siblings and didn't look too pleased, while both her brothers threw cheesy smiles at the camera.
Coleen shares Kai, 10, Klay, seven, Kit, four, and two-year-old Cass with her footballer husband Wayne Rooney. While Coleen received lots of lovely comments from her followers, others were left distracted at the resemblance between her brothers and her four sons.
