New details are emerging about a lawsuit against Coldplay after they were sued by their former manager. Last month we learned that the bandmembers – frontman Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, drummer Will Champion – were named in the lawsuit, which was filed by Dave Holmes.

According to court documents filed in the United Kingdom, Dave is seeking roughly $12 million from the band for unpaid fees.
He alleges that their contract promised him a cut of sales from the group’s still unreleased tenth and eleventh albums. Dave further claims that the band tried to change his title from manager to head of touring, which would have been a demotion.
