The Cleveland Cavaliers have battled the injury bug early and often so far this season. First with Jarrett Allen, then Donovan Mitchell, and most recently Darius Garland and Evan Mobley.
Even through all that, the Cavs have battled back and are currently fourth in the Eastern Conference. Now, Cleveland faces yet another loss in their veteran big man Tristan Thompson.
