Tottenham defender Clement Lenglet says his team will aim to come fast out of the traps against Manchester United as Ryan Mason begins his second tenure in charge at the club.
The caretaker boss comes in for another interim spell after taking the helm for seven games in 2021 upon Jose Mourinho’s sacking.
His eighth outing comes on Thursday against a United side who booked their place in the FA Cup final on Sunday. United needed a semi-final penalty shoot-out win over Brighton to progress from the Wembley showpiece, with the victory meaning the Reds are on for a cup double after lifting the League Cup in February.
Mason has managed in a League Cup final himself, having done so in his second game in a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City.
