EXCLUSIVE: Clarkson’s Farm fans could be seeing the host in a different guise in Season 5 as cameras head down to London this morning to record Jeremy Clarkson‘s appearance at a farmer protest against the UK government.

Deadline is told that production crew on the hit Amazon show are joining the ex-Top Gear host and some of his Clarkson’s Farm co-stars at the protest today, alongside thousands of other farmers.

The farmers ire has been raised by the Labour government’s decision to introduce inheritance tax on farms in its recent budget – dubbed the “tractor tax” – along with various other measures that they say will impact rural communities.

Farmers have warned that some farms may have to be sold off due to the inheritance tax plans, although Labour has downplayed this and said they won’t impact many farms.
