Anyone who owns the base version of the game could pick up the "Green Cities" DLC on PS4 and Xbox One with the offer due to last just one week from May 21st 0:01am UTC - May 28th 23:59pm UTC.
It's a good addition to the base game too, adding new specialist buildings, electric cars, new parks. There's a proper eco vibe to it, obviously.
