The 61st Cinema Audio Society Awards handed its marquee Live Action Motion Picture prize to A Complete Unknown during Saturday night’s ceremony at the Beverly Hilton.
That makes James Mangold’s film the front-runner for Best Sound at the Oscars next month. A Complete Unknown will vie for the Academy Award against Dune: Part Two, Emilia Pérez, Wicked and The Wild Robot.
All of those except Emilia Pérez also were up for CAS Awards. Oppenheimer took the Live Action Motion Picture prize at last year’s CAS Awards but lost the Oscar to The Zone of Interest.
Other film winners Saturday included The Wild Robot for Animated Motion Picture and Music by John Williams for Documentary. See the full list below.
