CBS‘ No. 1 comedy series Young Sheldon is coming to an end. The Big Bang Theory spinoff will conclude with the upcoming seventh season, which will consist of 14 episodes. Young Sheldon will air a one-hour series finale on at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 16.

Escaping Twin Flames unravels various allegations behind the controversial online organisation, Twin Flames Universe.Created by Jeff and Shaleia Divine in 2017, the organisation claims to help people find their “twin flame union” through coaching sessions and various exercises designed to attract their supposed soulmate.Members are also recruited to work for the organisation as coaches at the “Twin Flame Ascension School” in order to help others find their so-called union.As shown in the documentary, the organisation has been accused of exploitation, coercion and emotional abuse from ex-members, who claim they were encouraged into stalking behaviour, to switch gender identities and to cut off family members.Since it was first launched, Twin Flames Universe has expanded with books, in-person workshops and has also become a religion named Church Of Union.In a statement addressing the Netflix series, along with an Amazon series titled Desperately Seeking Soulmate, Twin Flames Universe founders Jeff and Shaleia Divine claim the productions “distort” and “misrepresent” their “true aims” as a group.“We take seriously recent allegations implying we wield inappropriate control over our community members,” the statement reads. “After a careful review of both media coverage and recent productions, we are saddened that so much effort has gone into taking swipes at an organisation and community founded on love and mutual respect.“The allegations levied against Twin Flames Universe not only distort our true aims, methods and curriculums but also misrepresent the autonomy of our community members, who are free to engage with our resources as they see fit.

P!nk has announced that she will be giving away 2,000 copies of banned books at her upcoming concerts in Florida.The singer has teamed up with PEN America to distribute copies of Todd Parr’s The Family Book, Amanda Gorman’s The Hill We Climb, Toni Morrison’s Beloved, and Stacia Deutsch’s Girls Who Code, all books that are currently prohibited from schools and libraries in Florida.Speaking about the collaboration with PEN America in a statement, P!nk said: “Books have held a special joy for me from the time I was a child, and that’s why I am unwilling to stand by and watch while books are banned by schools.”A post shared by P!NK (@pink)She continued: “It’s especially hateful to see authorities take aim at books about race and racism and against LGBTQ authors and those of colour. Guns ‘N’ Roses and their management for copyright infringement and sexual harassment allegedly perpetrated by the band’s manager Fernando Lebeis.Katarina Benzova filed a lawsuit on Saturday (November 11) which states that she worked on a freelance basis for Guns ‘N’ Roses between 2010 and 2022 across 364 concerts.Guns N’ Roses, Gundam LLC (the band’s business and holding company), Team Brazil and Lebeis are listed as the defendants in the case.The suit claims that the band and their team committed copyright infringement on Benzova’s photos “through the reproduction, public display, distribution, creation of derivative works, and holding out of Benzova’s photographs for licenses and sale to third party publications after termination of any right to do so,” and altered various photographs in order to cover infringement and falsely claim ownership of them.Benzova also alleges in the suit that Lebeis had made unwanted sexual advances towards her on numerous occasions since he began managing Guns ‘N’ Roses in 2016. The suit claims Lebeis became aggressive and hostile when Benzova repeatedly rejected him, and it even escalated to “name-calling, ridicule, demeaning remarks, humiliation, bullying, and lying.”In addition, Benzova alleges that Lebeis eventually lowered her fee without notifying her, withheld payments from her, moved her to cheaper hotels during travel, demanded she pay out of pocket for travel expenses that Team Brazil promised to cover and refused to credit her for her photos.Furthermore, she claims that her efforts to use written contracts with the band were ignored.

Chvrches frontwoman Lauren Mayberry covered Depeche Mode at one of her recent solo shows – check out the footage below.The Scottish singer-songwriter played a rendition of the synth-pop trio’s 1989 classic single ‘Personal Jesus’ during her headline gig at the Rock Café venue in Prague on Tuesday night (October 17).Mayberry and her backing band’s take on the tune served as the penultimate track of her 10-song set.You can watch a fan-shot video of the performance here:Chvrches have previously supported Depeche Mode on tour and spoken about their love for the group.Mayberry is currently out on the European leg of her 2023 solo headline tour, which visited the UK earlier this month.

Lauren Mayberry covered The 1975‘s ‘Paris’ during her show in Paris last night (October 15).The Chvrches’ frontwoman performed the song – lifted from the band’s 2016 ‘I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It’ – at the La Maroquinerie towards the end of her set.Much like the original track, Mayberry performed it at the same gentle tempo. You can listen to it below.The song was part of her current European tour which kicked off last week.During her set, she also performed Madonna‘s classic hit single ‘Like A Prayer’, which the Queen of Pop herself sang during her first night at The O2 in London over the weekend, along with a host of solo tracks she has been playing throughout her tour.The singer also performed her new single ‘Shame’, which she released last week.
