Christine McGuinness was left giggling over what she needs to 'stop' as she was seen after her appearance on The One Show where she opened up about a former fear of dying.

The model and media personality was on the BBC One show on Wednesday night (March 27) to chat about her upcoming appearance in the BBC2 series Pilgrimage, which sees a group of famous faces take part in a trek to better understand each other's beliefs.

As Christine appeared on the famous green sofa alongside Pilgrimage co-stars Spencer Matthews and Sonali Shah, she opened up about the life-changing experience when asked what she took away from taking part in the show, which saw the group trek across the North Wales Pilgrim's Way.
