Chrissy Teigen’s dreams have come true after successfully having surgery to remove her breast implants. The Lip Sync Battle host recently announced her plans to have the implants taken out after undergoing a boob job when she was 20, but grew unhappy with them over the years.Well, it seems that Chrissy, 34, went ahead with the move as she confirmed the news on Thursday (11 June), telling her Instagram followers: ‘Surgery went perfectly! ‘So so so so so sore but waking up to this made it go away for half a minute at least.’ She included pictures of the sweet handwritten messages she received from her daughter Luna, who she shares with husband John Legend, and it seems the youngster was particularly enthusiastic about her mum’s big life.
