Chris Pratt's stunt double Tony McFarr's cause of death 'revealed'

Tony McFarr, who was Hollywood star Chris Pratt’s stunt double on movies including Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World, died on 13 May and the cause of death has now reportedly been revealed.The stunt man was found dead in his home near Orlando in Florida.

He was 47 years old. According to TMZ, the Orange County Medical Examiner found that Tony’s death was the result of an irregular heartbeat due to issues with his heart valves.The medical examiner also determined that acute alcohol poisoning and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease contributed to Tony’s death.

His death was classified as an accident. Tony worked with Chris Pratt on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, Jurassic World and its sequel Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and the sci-fi movie Passengers.

He also doubled for actors including Brendan Fraser in Eye for an Eye and Jon Hamm in Tag, and was part of the stunt crew in TV shows including The Gifted, MacGyver and The Walking Dead and movies Logan Lucky, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Captain America: Civil War.
