And now, months later, it’s finally been cleared up by Pine himself, who told Esquire very clearly: “Harry didn’t spit on me” - although he did admit it really looked like it went down that way.
Instead, he said that what he recalled happening was Harry leaning down and saying: “It’s just words isn’t it?” But believe it or not, whether or not Harry Styles spat on one of his co-stars is hardly the wildest celeb rumour to have been cleared up.
