Badgers Badgers are active throughout the course of the year and would’ve given birth in February or March, so in the next couple of weeks the young might be coming above ground for the first time.
But they’ve very shy. They live in setts in the middle of the large territory that belongs to the whole family. The main sett is where the badgers live for most of the year and where they rear their babies but they also have smaller setts
