Just days on since revealing the details of his skin cancer diagnosis, TV and radio legend Chris Evans has had another brush with danger when he flipped over a TukTuk injuring two female passengers at a charity event in Hampshire.
The shocking incident took place at his charity motoring festival CarFest on the Laverstoke Park Farm, near Basingstoke on Saturday, and reportedly came about after Chris was spotted performing “donuts,” according to witnesses at the scene.Two passengers, who were guests of the multi-millionaire DJ were sadly injured during the incident, and were later seen being assisted from the overturned vehicle before being checked over by awaiting paramedics.
As a result of the crash, the two passengers suffered minor injuries, but radio host Chris himself was unharmed in the accident.
OK! has contacted Chris's representative for comment. Shortly after the accident took place, many questions were raised about what had lead to the potentially serious accident, but festival organisers declined to answer beyond issuing the following statement: “This morning at CarFest the Tuk Tuk which Chris Evans was driving overturned on the track as Chris changed direction.” “The two passengers on board had minor injuries and the CarFest on-site medical team attended to support.
