Note: This article contains descriptions of alleged sexual assault that some people may find disturbing. In 2018, a woman identified as Jane Doe filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown, alleging that she was raped multiple times while attending a party at his home in February 2017.
According to a previous statement by one of the woman’s lawyers (high-profile women’s rights attorney Gloria Allred), the complaint alleged sexual battery, gender violence, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence, and more.
Jane Doe has now filed for a dismissal of the lawsuit, The Blast reports and Pitchfork can confirm via documents filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on April 16.
