In pictures obtained by Mail Online, the 45-year-old and her beau were wearing face masks and surgical gloves as they headed home on Monday.
Chloe's baby was wrapped up in a cute hooded outfit and cuddled into mum's chest as dad walked in front of them carrying a suitcase.
