Chloe Madeley has opened up about her split from James Haskell, revealing that they both realised they were "unhappy" in their relationship.

The personal trainer and the former England rugby star announced their separation in late 2023, after being married since 2018 and sharing a two-year-old daughter, Bodhi.

Chloe, the-37 year-old daughter of TV personalities Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, said that despite their unhappiness, neither of them anticipated the breakup. She vividly recalled the moment she suggested they end their relationship: "I swear to God it was just like one day, I remember exactly where we were, the day, the time, the temperature, the outfits, everything." Chloe then gave a nine-word admission to James, saying: I remember just saying it; 'I don't think that we should do this anymore' but really meaning it. "It doesn't just happen, people are like 'this is when we decided,' but it didn't for us anyway.
