Chelsea transfer target Declan Rice 'stinks of a Manchester United signing' following his latest display for West Ham. That is the opinion of Tony Cascarino, who reckons the England international is ready to make the step up.
The Hammers ace has been in fine form this campaign and is arguably David Moyes' most important player. Frank Lampard is desperate to snatch up the 21-year-old, who was released by Chelsea at the age of 14.
West Ham have rejected all bids for Rice with them valuing him at close to £80m. As of yet, the Blues have not met that total but are expected to make further enquiries in January transfer window.
