Olivier Giroud will be hanging around after the Blues triggered a clause that extended his contract by a year. But that does not necessarily mean Chelsea will not sell him, with Inter Milan still interested in his services.
Michy Batshuayi has not done enough to convince Lampard of his capabilities while Tammy Abraham is in need of back-up. The west London outfit are also wary of blocking Abraham’s development and an experienced Premier League striker is on the shopping list in the shape of Aubameyang.
