Manchester City surrendered their title to Liverpool after going down 2-1 at Chelsea. The outgoing champions were the better side for much of the 90 minutes, but defensive errors cost them at Stamford Bridge.
Christian Pulisic's opener came after Ilkay Gundogan and Benjamin Mendy failed to take ownership of the ball and the American nicked in and slotted past Ederson.
Kevin De Bruyne equalised with an excellent free-kick, but City were treading on thin ice as Chelsea continued to be afforded opportunities.
Pulisic should've had a second but Willian was able to put them in front from the penalty spot. Fernandinho was dismissed after handling the ball on the line and his compatriot then slotted home.
