The star, who is pregnant with her third child, last month revealed she was called by social services after someone accused her of drinking alcohol.
It came as Charlotte shared a video of herself drinking Nozeco - alcohol free prosecco - while celebrating her 32nd birthday.
Charlotte was away with partner Matt Sarsfield at the Lakes Hotel and Spa in Windermere for a bit of rest and relaxation at the time.
