Announcing that her tot in on the way, she posted a snap of herself on a hospital bed holding an oxygen mask to her face as fiancé Matt posed alongside her. "I did it….@matt_sarsfield Just in labour my darlings.
I can’t believe it I did most of it at home..but thank you for all your msgs love you all x," she typed. The bubbly personality - whose due date was yesterday - has been keeping fans updated with her pregnancy journey and has been frank every step of the way.
