The couple, who have been engaged for almost two years and are parents to their 14-month-old son Noah, no longer follow each other on Instagram.
OK! approached Charlotte's representative for comment. It comes just a day after the 29 year old left fans concerned as she took to Instagram Stories to share why she had been so quiet after receiving a flurry of messages from her 1.3 million followers.
