According to figures from Nielsen earlier this year, a record 975,000 viewers tuned in for an average of a minute to watch the show on its day of launch on Netflix.The show was even bigger than runaway hit Tiger King after season three of Ozark dropped at the start of the global lockdown.Following a phenomenal third outing, Netflix confirmed Ozark was going to be coming to an end with season four.The final outing would be extra-long with 14 episodes instead of the regular 10 and would be split in half.Ozark fans can expect a definite conclusion to the story of the Byrde family, who have been living on the edge while working for a Mexican drug cartel as money.
