ITV's Loose Women viewers have praised Charlene White and Judi Love for keeping strong during their tribute to their friend Brenda Edwards' son Jamal after his death.The music pioneer and YouTuber, who was best known for founding youth broadcasting and film production company SB.TV, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 31 following a "sudden illness" on 19 February 2021.
Charlene, 41, and Judi, also 41, who couldn't hold back her tears, were joined by Linda Robson, 63, Carol McGiffin, 62, and Frankie Bridge, 33, as they spoke out on their friend's tragic loss. "We want to do Brenda proud, and you and I were with her last night," Charlene explained on the show as Judi shared: "Yes, you know I think people see us on Loose Women and we get on on stage but it's so much bigger than that, the friendships that we build outside and the support we give each other in different areas of our life." I don't want to have to do this, but we have to. It's heartbreaking and all we can do is try and do the best to support Brenda and honour her amazing son in such a difficult time.
We just wanted to be there for her yesterday." Charlene went on to describe how Judi came to her house before they drove to see Brenda and give her and her daughter Tanisha "hugs and love".
